Note: We do not accept anonymously complaints. We do not respond to noise complaints or cruelty complaints. We do not handle anything with Cats. Please contact the non-emergency phone line for your local police department for noise complaints. Please contact your Local Humane Society for Cruelty or Neglect. Forms are retrieved as they are received between 8am-4pm. Any forms received after 4pm will be logged first thing in the morning.
